From November 7, 2018, anti-dumping duties on imports of acrylic fiber from South Korea were imposed, according to the ministry's website.
On November 7, 2017, in response to an application by the domestic acrylic fiber industry, the mofcom decided to review the anti-dumping measures applicable to the import of acrylic fiber from the republic of Korea and the dumping margin period. The ministry of commerce ruled that the acrylic fiber imported from South Korea was dumped during the review period.
In accordance with relevant provisions of the anti-dumping regulations of the People's Republic of China, the tariff commission of the state council has decided to impose anti-dumping duties on imports of acrylic fiber from the republic of Korea at the following rates from 7 November 2018: taiguang industries co., LTD., 8.6%, and other south Korean companies 21.7%.
